"Pro: Very well located. About 20 meters from the beach. The place and room were as advertised. The next door restaurants (both) are really nice and their owners make you feel like family. Con: breakfast wasn’t included (yet the listing said it was) and the parking facilities left much to be desired. In fact discovered someone gifted me with a fender bender / hit and run while parked there."

"The Villa Cocoloba was amazing. The accommodations were perfect and the Host was top notch. Nice warm water, clean pool and modern home furnishings made the stay 100% worth it even when we did not step outside of the home."

"The house was location in a safe area with walk out to the beach as advertised . The design and quality material of the house is great. However, water leaked into first floor bedroom when it rained. There was pealing of plaster on the lanai. The family room had connections for TV and other devises , but there was no TV. The TV in the bunk room was broken.The staff were attentive and the food was prepared to our request every day. None of the staff spoke English"

"I love this hotel. I intended to stay for six days, but a single overnight convinced me to book another four days. That morning, I walked up to Zeida at the desk and said, "The sky is too pink, the sand too soft, the ocean too relaxing, the view too spectacular." What I didn't know then but do now is that the employees are exemplary- every single one. By the way, the nightly cost here provides a nice hotel in Boston without the sea of people catering to your every need. Meals here are cheaper than local restaurants. A long list of now friendly faces - I've forgotten too many names - including Braulio, Eddie, Wendy, Sonia, Vani, Saltares, and Kevin - all a tribute to the person in charge of hiring. I'll be back. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Casa Cosón! We highly recommend anyone to stay here as well. Service was in general excellent, even though the breakfast service could have been more quick to notice new guests waiting to be sere and quicker in general. Our room was super comfy, clean and cozy. We felt right at home. The only thing I would mention is that the shower handle was broken, but I’m sure they will get that fixed soon enough :) The beach is right there and the food served at Casa Cosón was super tasty! We highly recommend anyone to stay here :)"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly! The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good and plentiful. The resort restaurants were also quite good! The day and evening entertainment was lots of fun!! Again, a great time!👍"
