"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"The mornings were absolutely beautiful to see from the large front windows. Wild & domestic life (rabbits, so many birds, alpacas, horses, a pony, & a positively awesome dog) were very welcome, & all served to make the experience perfect. The host-provided a book of annotated walking trail printouts which fueled our days. Evenings were cozy in the upstairs with the provided furniture, blankets, & pillows. "I spent a relaxing 5 days here with my family (7 of us, ages 5 to 70). The views from the house are beautiful, and I probably spent too much time just gazing out of them! The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. Our kids really enjoyed the beach at Abereriddy. Porthgain is a short walk and boasts a nice bistro, country pub and local art galleries. The escape the room near St David's...

"Well we can find nothing negative to say about this holiday home - even if we wanted to !! Equipped to the highest standard and fantastic attention to detail in terms of decor and comfort and facilties. The beds are comfy , plenty of hot water for either bathing or showering and superbly equipped kitchen and laundry facilities which is really important if you are walking in the wet and mud . The location is perfect too with a 15 minute walk to Porthgain where there is some excellent bar...

"Lovely modern feel property in a perfect location to reach amazing places. Upon arrival we were pleased with the cottage, however the downstairs does feel rather cold and this was in August. The hot tub was lovely but did have a large amount of sand in there from previous guests. The wet room is a hazard as it is so slippery once used and as previous guests mentioned it does not dry up at all. When booking it said towels were included so I didn’t take any with me for a family of 4, the towels...

"They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay.
