"This is a great hotel if you are travelling to or from Spain as it is in a quiet area with easy access to the main route. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and large beds. "We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came...

"Nice location across the street from Pau airport. Unfortunately my flight was canceled. Taxis and Uber unreliable, so i missed my train. Very small tv, no remote so useless. No shampoo, old towels. They seem to be trying to make this a nice small hotel, but basics are lacking. "
