Beautiful area with picturesque mountain lakes, separated from the crowds of Lake George without feeling inconvenient. Some folks (especially ones like us with a younger kid) may want to consider that although the cabin is essentially “on the water” there is no way to walk alongside it on this property. "We spent 3 nights and 4 days in this absolutely adorable cabin with gorgeous views of the river and lake. The pictures in the listing do not do the cabin justice - it's even more beautiful than it looks in the pics. We were 6 adults and it was super comfortable for all of us, even after two long days of cross country skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed with lots of towels. The shower was really good! We would love to find a time to come...
