You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Family holiday on the Costa Brava, excellent views of the bay.

Apartment of 95 meters, with elevator and beachfront. It has three bedrooms, one suite, and two bathrooms. Large living room, kitchen with office and laundry. Fully equipped with dishes, linens and towels. And best of 15 meters terrace overlooking the bay, perfect to enjoy their lunch and break times watching the sunrise over the sea in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava. Very comfortable, spacious and welcoming, until two years ago was the family holiday apartment, so it is well maintained.
Enjoy the opportunity to leave home only with the towel and beach shoes.
In pedestrian zone, ideal for children.
A few meters away is the marina, parking areas, several restaurants and grocery stores.
And do not forget to visit the Memorial to Walter Benjamin.
Around and within 20 kilometers you can enjoy all kinds of sports and hiking.

Magnifique Portbou
L'appartement correspond au descriptif, la vue est superbe,au pied de la plage. Il est traversant idƩal pour ventilƩ et ne pas avoir trop chaud. Une des chambres donne sur la rue et les restaurants donc vous aurez du bruit mais c'est les vacances et ce n'est pas toute la nuit. En rƩsumƩ je reviendrai...

LƤgenheten Ƥr mƶblerad med slitna mƶbler och det ligger saker hƶgt och lƄgt. Det Ƥr svƄrt att fƶrstƄ vad som ingƄr i hyran och vad som Ƥr privata saker. Kƶksutrustningen Ƥr bristfƤllig. Eftersom det ligger flera restauranger pƄ gatan nedanfƶr sƄ Ƥr det hƶgljutt med bƄde skrƄl och hƶg musik lƄngt in pƄ smƄtimmarna. Det var svƄrt att komma i kontakt med Ƥgaren i fƶrvƤg och vi fick ingen adress och ingen vƤgbeskrivning. Positivt Ƥr att lƤgenheten Ƥr rymlig, att det Ƥr ett fantastiskt lƤge, nƤra till badet, underbar utsikt frƄn balkongen, fina smƄ butiker i byn och att det finns hiss.

Cette location Ć©tait de grande qualitĆ© au point de vue de la qualitĆ© du logement, de sa propretĆ© et de l'emplacement. Un seul reproche : nous n'avons pas Ć©tĆ© accueilli Ć  notre arrivĆ©e donc pas de clef et une grande panique. Mais j'ai pu contacter Homelidays qui m'a communiquĆ© les numĆ©ros de tĆ©lĆ©phone de personnes de contact qui ne parlaient que l'espagnol. GrĆ¢ce au gĆ©rant du bar (Marco du Ricki bar) situĆ© en dessous de la location qui a jouĆ© le rĆ“le de traducteur, nous avons pu obtenir les clefs. Beaucoup de stress pour cet incident. MalgrĆ© cela : magnifique sĆ©jour

vacances magnifiques
j 'ai passĆ©e de tres bonnes vacances qui correspond en tout point au descriptif de l annonce, la vue est a couper le souffle, la plage sous vos yeux.. L' appartement est grand, il manque juste des ventilateurs ou climatisation, seul le sommier et le matelat du grand lit moins confortable car il grince. de belles baignades, les amateurs de bateaux seront sĆ©duits, les gens sont adorables et notamment le bar "le ricky". je reviendrais l annĆ©e prochaine avec un grand plaisir et je recommande cette location familliale. TrĆØs bon sĆ©jour a recommander.

A notre arrivĆ©e, les lits Ć©taient fait, les serviettes nous attendaient sur nos lits. Appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut , il manquait juste une cafetiĆØre ( nous sommes accros au cafĆ© !) Balcon face Ć  la mer une semaine de rĆŖve.... on y retourne l'annĆ©e prochaine c'est sur.

Appartement agrĆ©able et spacieux pour six adultes (sauf peut-ĆŖtre pour le couchage haut de la chambre aux 2 lits superposĆ©s qui ne peut accueillir qu'un enfant...). Les deux autres chambres ont des litteries des plus confortables : foi d'une "malade du dos" chronique ! Accueil muy simpĆ tico de la propriĆØtaire du Riki Bar (pour les clĆ©s) et de son serveur, muy encantador. Emplacement idĆ©al, prĆØs de la plage et de la "promenade pietonne", Ć  quelques centaines de mĆØtres du centre ville (trĆØs petit). SituĆ© dans un immeuble hyper calme, avec ascenseur (en usage !). La terrasse est un plus trĆØs apprĆ©ciable. Si nous revenons, c'est cet appartement que nous relouerons !!!

tout est fait pour rendre le sĆ©jour agrĆ©able. L'appartement est bien situĆ©, il est propre et dispose de tout ce qui est nĆ©cessaire.
