"Easy access to ferry port was met and shown round the house which was very clean and had everything we needed. Use of garden on the sunny days was good. Showers beds and accommodation was to a very good standard. We were a party of 3 couples with push bikes. Would certainly book again"

Is out of season for this town so was quiet and not everything was open in Barneville Carteret but is a lovely little town. Beach is beautiful! Les espaces piscine, sauna et billard permettent de passer de vrais moments de détente et de déconnexion entre amis ou en famille ! Le parc avec sa grande terrasse et ces deux barbecues sont également tres agréables. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir "

"Nadine me us on arrival. She speaks only French, we speak only English. However, with the use of a translation app on her phone we managed. She provided a thorough explanation of the features of the property. The property was spotlessly clean with a really well equipped kitchen. There is a beautifully landscaped garden and it is fully secure, important as we had two small children with us. There are many WW2 historical sites within easy reach, also true of beaches. Definitely recommend the...

"This property is just as advertised - and the refurbished interior is very much appreciated. It is updated and functional. The town is itself is lovely and pleasant - the weather consistently 10 degrees (farenheit) cooler than Paris, with everything you need a short walk or at most a short drive away. Gorgeous beach, dogs not allowed in July and August - but just a littl walk down the dunes to the less populous area - St Georges - dogs are permitted. So it's fine and doable to bring your dog....

"An excellent property in a peaceful neighbourhood. As with many properties the photos dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach as this is just off Barneville Plage. Garden spacious so would be good for people with children. Only suggestion and one I would make to almost every property we have stayed at, please some more hanging space in the bedrooms and a 'shelf' in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc."
