Newly Renovated with Finished Basement

This beautiful house is located near Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana, less than 10 minutes from the expressway and toll road. There is a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, finished basement and bar with sleeping capacity to accommodate two families. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.

The garage will not be available until summer 2022. However, there is plenty of parking on the double driveway.

This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.

NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me. Please only smoke outside, either on the deck or out back/front. SMOKING in the house will automatically get you a NEGATIVE REVIEW. No Pets.

Great Spot!
The property was clean, spacious, and in a great area central to many attractions including the Dunes! Neighborhood felt extremely safe! There was 8 of us total (4 kids, 4 adults) and we never felt cramped. Robert was wonderful to work with. Would stay here again!

A lovely and fun property for a college reunion of a few of us. Well cared for with many guest amenities (eg well stocked kitchen, plenty of hangers etc.). Attentive and responsive host. Our only regret, we discovered the foosball game in the basement too late into our stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy!! The office was great as I had to work while away for the weekend. Plenty of sleeping room and the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. We were very happy with our stay. A quiet neighborhood and just what we needed. Things we enjoyed: the back deck, the spacious basement, plenty of towels, the large kitchen, the closeness to Lake Michigan (10 minutes drive). If we have another occasion to be up in the area we will stay here again.

This was our second year staying at this property for our weekend vacation and it was great. It’s been clean and conveniently located to stores, beach, park and restaurants. Wonderful house
This was our third time staying at Peach St and it was amazing! There’s plenty of space for our large family and it feels very homey. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. This home has so much character and the life size sleigh is so fun for taking photos. The hosts always go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. Highly recommend!
