"I stayed at room 208, the room seem like its been abandoned for ages. Mold growth on the ceiling and wall corners , curtains are dirty, no TV remote, no shower gel, have to wait for towels. Let alone the fact that I chose an option of a breakfast and paid extra yet the hotel does not provide breakfast"

"The check-in went well, but downhill from there. We had the family room but used 1 room. It was hot! The pool water was deep green and we could not see the bottom. We were told that it was going to be cleaned “tomorrow”. It took days to clean so no pool for 3 days and then the next day we were on a tour.
