The Breezeway - Off Peak Special!

THE BREEZEWAY is a modern 4 bedroom 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests and is within walking distance to the beach, shops and hotel.

Upstairs

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, living area with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, main bedroom with ensuite, balcony with outdoor setting.

Downstairs

Living area with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with vanity, shower, full size bath, w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, bar fridge.

Large undercover outdoor area with Weber BBQ, fridge, outdoor setting, outdoor combustion fire (BYO wood), crab cooker, outdoor shower, fish cleaning facility.

Plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 - 2 singles.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$250 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$200 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$175 per night
