"At first I was hesitant about booking to stay at Nant Ddu lodge hotel due to some of the reviews I have read. However upon arrival I was extremely impressed with this hotel, the staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom was beautiful, lovely and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great, great selection of cold foods as well as hot. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute drive from Pen Y Fan and very local to the four waterfall walk which was awesome. The spa was lovely, pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi was most enjoyable and very clean. Overall super impressed with our 3 night stay and will definitely be returning. "

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

"I always stay at The Barn B&B every time I come to visit my family and friends in South Wales. The bedrooms are always clean, very comfortable and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. They also sell homemade honey which is very reasonably priced and tastes delicious!"
