The Nook by Afan Valley Escapes

Summary:
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views of the Afan Forest Park and it's world-famous Mountain Bike Trails. The Nook includes bathroom with shower over bath. Kitchen, living area, flat screen TV and WIFI. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed. Bedroom 2 a built-in bunk and single bed.

High Chair and Travel Cot are available on request. A shared garden via stairs, includes BBQ & utility room with additional showers, washing & drying machines. Well behaved dogs are allowed with prior notice.

The Space:
The Nook is a great self-contained apartment in a truly stunning setting. It has everything you will need for a relaxing break with support always on hand when required. Central heating, bed linen, towels, hairdryer and Wi-Fi included. High Chair and Travel Cot are available on request.(we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot).

The property benefits from its own utility room which doubles as a secure bike storage with an additional shower, sink and washer/dryer. You can access this down the external stairs at the rear of the property through an enclosed garden with patio, You can use the garden furniture, summerhouse and BBQ (shared with one other property). There is private off road parking for 1 car.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole apartment to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone. The only shared space is the garden.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop right outside the door for easy access to Port Talbot

The Property is strictly No Smoking or Vaping
