Surfside 1 offers breathtaking gulf views!

Surfside 1 is all about that view, that view! This immaculate condo can accommodate nine guest with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a full over full bunk bed. The bunk beds also have an additional trundle bed available for use. Surfside 1 is located on the first floor of the Surfside Complex located at the end of 38th street in the heart of Mexico Beach. This complex does sit right on the beach. Can't forget to mention the balcony facing Mexico Beach's sugar sand beaches!

**ALL RENTALS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS WHEN BOOKING**

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Beautiful Views on the Guly
The condo has breathtaking views on Mexico Beach. My family and I had a wonderful time in the comfortable and clean condo. The property is oceanfront, which is a must for us. Forgotten Coast reality was easy to work with. We can't wait to visit next year!

Amazing
For my family of 4 adults and 3 kids, this place was amazing. It was truly just like home. Every cooking utensil we needed was provided.We bought and cooked all of our food (nothing against the local eateries, but we wanted to keep our bubble to just us), the beach access was perfect and everyone remained social distanced. The home was roomy and perfectly decorated. I promise we will be back as soon as we find another opening, but next time just the hubby and I.
