Sunrise on 7th is the perfect home away from home! This spacious 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and offers up plenty of room for you and your family. The incredibly open floor plan is great for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen right down to an air fryer! There is a wet bar that offers a Culligan water system for fresh drinking water. There is a sunroom with plenty of seating and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom hosts a queen-size bed and access to the sunroom. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed with an additional full-size bed. The second full bath is right across the hall from the two bedrooms. Twin cot for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a patio outback with seating and a gas grill. Two car garage for guest use. The owners have left bicycles, boogie boards, beach cart, corn hole, and other outdoor toys for your use. Coming to go fishing? There is boat parking and a water hose to wash your boat. Want to bring Fido? This home is pet friendly and has a privacy fence around the back yard secure for pets! Full size washer and dryer for your use as well. Cable and internet, wireless color printer for those that still must work while on vacation. Come, make this beautiful home your home away from home!

Sunrise on 7th is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Amazing!!!
This is the best house I have stayed in! We had plenty of room and didn’t feel like we are all top of each other! The whole house was amazing and the back porch was wonderful!

This is a GREAT home. It was extra clean and spacious. Owner left many toys to play with in the garage. We used the cornhole boards daily and it even has a beach fishing cart if you like to fish. (The wheel squeaks very loudly though.) The kitchen was a dream with lots of counter space. The screened in porch and hammock were enjoyable. The beds were comfortable. It is a little walk to the beach and a bit far to carry all your stuff. You can park your car right at the HWY98 beach so its not too bad, however, I strongly recommend renting the golf cart from the owner. It is well worth it.

A wonderful getaway
Although, I never was up early enough to see the sunrise our family truly did enjoy our stay at Sunrise on 7th. We traveled here after one of our children had gotten married. The house had more than enough room for our family. One son loved the kitchen so much he wound up doing most of the cooking. Another son manned the grill one night and my husband got a chance to cook as well so I would call it a great vacation. The 3 grandchildren got to meet and play together and when it was nap time there was room for sleeping babies at one area of the house while the other folks could interact. Besides the beautiful beach, we found down the street was a park for walking as well as playground equipment for the kids. The neighborhood was nice and relaxing, and traffic was not a big issue. Our kids came from Alaska, Tennessee and Mississippi and the gentle breeze kept the Florida temperatures at bay for them. Thank you for a great vacation experience which we hope to do again.

Almost Perfect
What a beautiful home - great for our family - and dogs. No issues - would have been nice to have fenced in back yard for the dogs to run around unsupervised, but no “biggie”.

Sunset on 7th had everything that we needed! Beach chairs, carts, bikes & corn hole. Large clean place, we enjoyed our coffee on the screened in patio every morning. Thanks for letting us stay!
