Tucked away near the pristine and uncrowded beaches of Cape San Blas, experience the serenity of the Forgotten Coast from this enchanting, two-story vacation home. Vaulted wood ceilings, a spacious floor plan, and upscale furnishings create a magical atmosphere to make new memories with friends and family. Three furnished outdoor decks with overhead fans give everyone plenty of space to unwind. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you’ll find all the cookware and dishware you need and a private gas grill is available outside when you’re ready to sizzle something up. The spacious main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower. A second bedroom offers direct access to one of the outdoor decks. The third bedroom shares access to a full bathroom with the second bedroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and two twin sleeper sofas, as well as an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Located in the private gated community of Sunset Pointe, enjoy shared amenities like beach access, a community outdoor pool, and natural conservation areas with boardwalks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Easy check in, great communication with management company, property was very clean upon arrival, towels & linens were freshly laundered, everything needed except food & drink was provided onsite. covered parking was great!, short walk to the clean shared pool that had chairs & loungers, along with clean bathrooms, the beach is a bit of a longer walk, but not too bad. this is our 3rd vacation to the Cape, and this property was great!

Beach house review
The house was clean and well maintained. The only issues we had were the doors were unlocked when we arrived and the lock box was extremely difficult to open to get the keys. Also the water pressure in the kitchen sink is terrible! We could not use it to effectively wash dishes or cook food. And finally it would be helpful to know that the beach access has steep steps. We had a wagon full of beach gear and it was impossible to get everything down to the shore. Other than that it was a fun stay. The weather was fantastic for beach time.

Perfect for a place to sleep poor cleanliness
Location, ease, secluded, and nice house. We would have given this house and experience a 5 star IF it was clean. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and the house was not clean. Dead large ants at entry doors, bathroom, and bedroom window seals. Floor had many spots that were sticky and very dirty. Popcorn kernels on bedroom floor upstairs and empty popsicle wrappers in the dressers in two rooms. The blinds were mostly all broken and we couldn't raise them without them falling off the wall. Very dusty everywhere. Beds were great,very comfortable. The upstairs bed was very comfortable as it is an adjustable split king. The fan remote downstairs had no batteries. The light above dining room table was very dim and irratic. The outside area was very messy. There were dead sand dollars on the balcony that the cleaning company just left. The refrigerator smelled like old fish, we bought a baking soda just to help with the smell. The ice maker kept freezing and ice wouldn't come out. If they actually cleaned the house we would have rated it better! I hope the owners see this. The security box was hard to use for the key, had a hard time getting it out.

Beautiful beach community!
The home is well designed. Plenty of room. Some general maintenance problems were encountered. Vacasa staff were kind and very attentive. Home sits right on a marsh/wet lands area. Multiple rodents and a couple snakes were in the yard. Saw lots of beach life including prints of a sea turtle and 5 new nests during our visit.

Amazing
Amazing property! The Air Force weekday fly bys are amazing! The pool is a short walk and the beach is also a very short walk. The property manager was amazing and saved the day three times! Worth every penny, will return!
