2nd stay at the cape
This was our second stay at this campsite. Cape San Blas is beautiful. The site is clean and there is a nice view of the bay. The beach is wonderful and only a short walk behind. Carrying ant spray and an outdoor rug.

Perfect RV Beach Location
We stayed for several days and loved it! You have a very private beach a short walk away and depending on how you park a view of the bay as well. The lot is right off the main road so parking is easy. Only a five minute drive to TH Stone Memorial State Park. The lot also has a picnic table and outdoor shower setup for convenience. Thanks again Charles for being such a great host!

Great RV site
Great RV site for our 30 ft travel trailer. Short walk to the beach, Weber’s Donuts, and Cape Trading Post. Love that there is an outdoor shower and picnic table. Very central location! Would absolutely stay again! The owner was very responsive and worked with us on our travel dates.

Ok spot, short walk to beach, groceries & a few restaurants nearby. Only complaints: road noise & no WiFi, especially when weather was rainy & cold and we were inside RV more.

Not as good as last time!
I stayed here two years ago and the site was great. This time the sand on the lot was pretty much gone it was replaced by weeds that have multi pointed stickers (goat heads). These things stuck to everything and you couldn’t keep them out of the camper.

A few days on the cape
The property is convenient and easy to get into and out of. The only suggestion I would make is to move the water hook up out a bit so that it is not up against the lattice.

Location is great, short walk to beach and eating establishment were close.
We pulled in so door and awing open towards beach. We weren’t able to use table as it was chained so couldn’t move , also some trouble with sewer system on lot it kept overflowing. This needs attention.

Excellent location!
We spent 6 nights at those site. The walk to the beach was easy and short so we were able to maximize our time out there and it’s also a very short walk to one of the general stores and an awesome ice cream shop! The only negative comment I have is not even a bad thing. The foliage around the hookups needs to be trimmed. But that’s it! We’ll definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone!

3rd year staying at Sailors Sunset.
The Good: 1) Near the beach/Access to beach 2) Close to the store/fish market 3) View of Bay 4) Easy entry/exit 5) Nice area The not so good: 1) Grass needed cutting/area needed some attention 2) Part of the Shower was broken and needed repair 3) Broken Glass around the area that we tried to clean up. If the few items above were taken care of, we would give it 5 stars.

Close to the Beach!
The campsite was as advertised. Very short walk to the beach. I mean literally a couple of minutes, and you can see the beach on the walk. You also have Bay views from the campsite. There were a couple of spots around the campsite that had a few stickers in the grass, but mainly all white sand. If you rent the campsite be sure to have a converter. The power hook up is 50 amp and luckily we had a 50amp to 30 amp converter cord, so it was no big deal. They may have mentioned that on the listing and I just missed it. Not a lot of places to buy a converter on The Cape and why I mention it. Overall we had a blast and would go back. The Host was great and got us everything we needed for a great trip well before the day we checked in and that's always helpful. Great value for the money!

March Cape stay
Property was clean with easy in/out pull through access. Water/sewer/electric were all close. There is 50a and 15a outlets, no 30a as stated in listing. Easy fix, make sure you have a 30a female to 50a male adapter. Ace Hardware in PSJ carries them. Over a nice place to stay with a short walk to beach access.

Great RV Spot
Great location! Two streets over from the Trading Post, Weber’s, and Peachy’s. Walking distance to beach. The lot has an outside shower area, picnic table, sandy area and pretty palm trees. The rocks the RV sits on are big. An outdoor mat helps but they still hurt to walk on (even with shoes on). Also, It takes longer to pack your gear and kids into car than actually getting to the state park which is our favorite area for beach and bay exploring.
