Relax in this beautiful 2 story stand-alone coastal cottage. The unit is located in Port Saint Joe, FL, one mile from Windmark Beach, 2 miles from Pot Saint Joe Downtown area, 4 miles from Mexico Beach and 10 Miles from Cape San Blas.

Snow Birds Welcome and monthly discounts available from Nov-Feb 2025.

The complex has 3 pools, , hot tub, exercise equipment and near walking trails and beaches.

The cottage is managed and properly maintained by owner who takes pride on keeping the unit in top notch condition. You can also reach us anytime by email or phone with any questions.

Unit is fully equipped with new appliances, modern furniture and décor. It is a perfect location for your family vacations, girl's trip, fishing and much more. The unit is part of the Barefoot Cottages Community and it is conveniently located in front of the main complex pool.

Cottage is located between pristine uncrowded beaches of Gulf County and Franklin County or you can drive east of HWY 98 and if you like to visit Panama City Beach.
The cottage has two bedrooms and two and a half baths and can sleep up to six people.
- The first floor has a beautifully furnished living room with a queen sleeper sofa, 55 Inch Smart TV, as well as a modern dining room area. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, blender, full set of pot and pans and much more.

- There are two bedrooms located on the second floor. Primary room #1 contains modern furniture, 40 inch Smart TV, a king bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool and private bathroom with hair dryer.

Primary bedroom #2 contains modern furniture, 40 inch Smart TV, a king bed private bathroom with hair dryer.

- 4-Towels, 4 wash clothes and 2 hand towels are provided in each suite bathroom. If more will be needed, please let the owner know one week prior to your arrival.

- Private High speed internet and cable TV comes with this unit and plenty of space if you need to work remotely.

- 1 travel soap bar and shampoo in each bathroom, hand soap, small trash bags
- Dish detergent, hand soap, dishwasher detergent trash bags

This is a great place to stay! Cottage is modern, clean and well appointed. Great seating on two screened porches facing the main pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation spot for relaxing!!
The cottage and the owners were very accommodating. Before arriving they emailed us local restaurants and activities in the area for us to research ahead of time. When we arrived the cottage was extremely clean, well stocked with the things we needed for the week, and adorable. If we stay in port st joe again this will the first place we check for availability.

Lovely poolside resort cottage close to the beach
The cottage was spacious, spotless, well-equipped, and well maintained. Great kitchen setup. Enjoyed the hot tub, poolside, and the short walk to serene Windmark beach. Comfy bed and breezy scteened porch. Very user-friendly. Extensive welcome book with information about the area.

This is our 4th time at Barefoot. We love it, cozy, quiet, comfortable, and near perfect. All the units we have stayed in are set up very similar. We stayed in #21 this past week. The Forgotten Coast Vacation
If your desire is to escape to get some peaceful R&R, this home is for you. This nicely decorated home is conveniently located in a small, quaint community with the community pool at your front door. A lovely beach, which offers restrooms, walking paths, and sunsets, is just a very short ride up the road. From Port St. Joe, State Parks and other beach locations to explore are an easy drive away. My husband and I look forward to returning again to this home when we need to escape the business of life.

The location of the property was very convenient. The decor was up to date, and very pleasing. The negative, was the master bedroom, bed and pillows. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaky, the pillows old and too soft. More bath towels would have been helpful. There was no soap in the half bath.

Love this little area!
We love staying in Port St. Joe. We also love staying in Barefoot Cottages. This unit is right across from the pool, which we love. It’s a nice quiet area. Home was clean and very comfortable. Communication was great as well. We will definitely be staying again.

Great 34th Anniversary
The unit we stated in was very nice and well maintained. However pool and hot tub (not working) maintenance was lacking. We own an inground pool and the water is chrystal clear with no debris.

Fantastic- just as advertised
The location was perfect. Each day we went to Mexico Beach and parked at the honor walk park. You can find it on google! The townhouse has everything you need and is extremely clean. The pool access is right outside the door. Even though you are next to a busy road you’d never know it, super quiet and easy to relax. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and toys! We will certainly return again!
