Barrier Dunes is a gated community located on the North end of Cape San Blas. There are many amenities including two community pools, tennis courts with pickleball lines, multiple beach accesses, fishing ponds (no license required) and a playground.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.

Beautiful Location
This condo is lovely both inside and out. The views are astonishing and the home is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable! A great stay.

Beach getaway
Great location on the beach and nice, comfortable accommodations. I would definitely go back. Just be sure to bring your own TP, beach towels, and laundry detergent.

Great Beach Views
Everything was nice, very comfortable. Only feedback is kitchen items need updating, very dull knives. Also unit needs more than 1 smart TV. Overall very nice!

Beautiful views, warm welcome, excellent communication
I would first like to say, this is a property we will definitely return to! There are a few things we found that needed to addressed, but the managers were very responsive and helpful which was wonderful! One of them is even in site and stopped by when we needed help, so sweet. The main concern we experienced was the sliding door in the second bedroom-it is dangerous, the glass came completely out of the frame on my son, but we set it back in and never touched it again. The only other thing that was off was the cameras on the balconies (I get it, making sure unwanted folks don’t enter, as the main deck is accessible from the ground), but to have it on the master bedroom balcony felt a bit intrusive. I didn’t feel comfortable even changing clothing in the bedroom. But once we knew these things, we adjusted and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully renovated and comfortable. We were able to enjoy our vacation as a family with our pups.
