There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need to get you started for your stay. Each full bath has both a shower or tub option. The primary ensuite is equipped with a walk-in shower feature a well.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully designed home provides a scullery area in addition to a separate laundry area. The dining area seats 10 guests.

The exterior area of this home provides outdoor seating and dining space. A propane grill and utensils are provided for your use. Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that Windmark community has to offer, such as beach access, resort pools, playground and dog park.

* Golf cart rental agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form guest may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.
*This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. Limit of 2 dogs. $200 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Free parking for 2 vehicles is available on the premises, additional parking can be arranged upon request.
*Boat and trailer parking are not allowed.
*Please be aware, the owners have a recording Ring doorbell on the front door and exterior camera on the garage.
*A non-refundable $31 fee is collected and will cover up to $750 of incidental damage during the stay.
*Community amenity closures (I.e pool, playground, restaurants, etc.) and inclement weather are not within our control and do not result in a refund.
