Cozy Corner has it all, extending boat parking. Park your boat without having to unhook, extra on o parking for your trucks / cars, private fenced back yard for your pets. Carport and laundry room. Walking distance to Downtown , two blocks from The Marina/Boat Launch and Pickle Ball Courts. All local shoppings and restaurants are in walking/biking distance. Bikes are provided for your use during your stay. The port Saint Joe walking/biking trail is one block away. Beaches are only minutes away in either direction. You can drive to Winmark beach in 7 minutes or Cape San Blas or Mexico Beach in 15 minutes. Open floor plan, Spacious living room, Full Kitchen, office, Two bathroom, one bathroom located between two bedroom, other bathroom located off from laundry room. Large Covered patio with enclosed private back yard for your pets. The kitchen is fully stocked including but not limited pots/pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, silverware, glassware, crock pot, etc. We also strive to start all our guest off with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags. There are many local attractions for you to enjoy while staying in Port Saint Joe. Horseback riding on the beaches at Cape San blas, Scalloping in the bay or parasailing in Mexico beach.. All linen provided. Children Welcome.

Highly recommend!
My son and I stayed at this house for a weekend scallop and fishing trip. The house was very clean and accommodating for people who bring a boat with them. It is also very conveniently located to all the restaurants and local boat ramp.

The Cozy Corner was great! We did a lot of fishing so we were only at the house at nigbt, but it was perfect for us. We could park our boat, and it was located close to downtown and the boat ramp. We hope to stay there again. Thank you, Mary!

Perfect getaway
Cozy Corner was very clean,comfortable and well stocked for any cooking or baking. The ‘seashore’ decor is lovely. The walking/bike trail is a short distance adjacent to the property. The location of the house is an easy walk to downtown and throughout. The backyard was nice to sit out to enjoy coffee or a cocktail— very private. Communication with Mary was always prompt. We totally enjoyed our time in Cozy Corner and Port. St. Joe. It’s a very friendly town.

Convenient location
Everything was as described. Convenient location with easy access to major roads, restaurants, coast. The only negative was that the water on the outside near where we parked the boat was discolored so I was not able to adequately clean the boat after we went out fishing. The inside water was very clean. I assume the outside faucet was on a different source and is not used enough.

Perfect for boaters
Mary's place is great for those who bring a small boat. Parking my 20' skiff was easy and the boat launch is just a few blocks away. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities you expect. Nice back porch with fenced yard to sit outside with the pup and friends. This place is now on my favorites list.

Clean home in perfect location with Great boat parking!
This home was perfect for what we needed. Two bedrooms but also the pull out couch and daybed and the extra couch gave plenty of bed space and lots of comfort for our stay. Super happy that there was parking for our boat, truck, and another vehicle. Also, the location is great for walking over to the downtown area to get to the great restaurants! We went for the scalloping down in Port St Joe and we're not disappointed with that or this lovely house. Thank you for everything!
