Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome in Mexico Beach, Fl

You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and awake to a spectacular gulf view right from the master ensuite!

We bought Perry's Place in 2010 after we lost our precious son Perry Ward in a car accident. He loved Mexico Beach so much, and we couldn't think of a better way to honor him than by buying a place in his memory, and naming it after him! Hurricane Michael hit in 2018, and leveled Perry's Place to the ground. Here we are 3 1/2 years later, and we have rebuilt not one but two Perry's Places!! We will rent out Perry's Place 6, and would be honored to have you as our guest!

Perry's Place is a 2 bedroom 21/2 bath townhome. The master has a king bed while the guest room has a queen bed with a set of twin bunks. Both bedrooms have smart tvs as well. Both bedrooms have brand new super comfortable mattresses.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a wonderful meal! There are 4 barstools at center island along with 4 tv trays available to use. There are beautiful oceanfront decks off the master bedroom, and the den with the most beautiful views!

Killer's Seafood is a favorite and located just across (two lane) Hwy 98. Perry's Place carport offers a picnic table with an additional seating area, where you can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor gas grill. This is our favorite place to sit, relax, or take a nap!

Perry's Place offers a gorgeous wide view of the water and beach on every level, from the carport, to the living room, to the master ensuite, where you can greet the gulf's beautiful sunrises and enjoy sunsets to end your day.

Be ready to leave the hassle behind and use Perry's Place 4 beach chairs, sand buckets, shovels, and nets.

Perry's Place kitchen and baths are well stocked with paper goods, but should you need more the Dollar General is just 2.5 mi east. The full baths are equipped with hand soaps, a starter shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and a blow dryer. The kitchen offers an ample supply of paper goods, foil, plastic wrap, dish detergents, and garbage bags for use during guests stay.

Great Family Vacation!
This was the perfect place to relax with my family. Perry’s Place 6 is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The access to the beach can’t be beat. We look forward to a return visit to this lovely spot.

We loved our stay at Perry’s Place 6. The townhome is beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular and we loved being right on the beach. We definitely recommend this beautiful place and would love to go back!

Mexico Beach Trip
We absolutely loved Perry’s Place 6! It’s a beautiful townhome on the beach and has amazing views where you step out right onto the beach! It was also a very short drive to Port St Joes to shop and eat. We plan on staying again!

Mexico Beach is the best!
Perfect place for our small gathering. Very clean and had every amenity you needed. Enjoyed the garage level seating area for when we didn't want to get sandy but still relaxing. Mexico Beach is practically a new town after getting rebuilt after Michael. MUCH better than crowded Panama City. Would use this condo again if I return to Mexico Beach.

A Hidden Gem for Vacation
My family spent a couple days at this location, and it was the perfect vacation. Not only was the house cozy, the view to the beach was gorgeous. Whether it was cloudy or sunny, the location was perfect for any form of relaxation. I would highly recommend it and would come back again!

We had such a great time and the townhome exceeded our expectations! Wendy was great in getting back to us and we had zero issues or problems occur during our stay. We will definitely be back here and definitely recommend this townhome for anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet get away. Also, Killer Seafood is right across the street and they have the best food in Mexico Beach!

Loved the proximity to the beach. We stayed in January so there were very few people on the beach. We were the only guests in the unit. Mexico beach is a very quiet beach vacation. We loved it.

Perfect getaway
Our stay at Perrys Place was perfect. Property was new, clean, and perfect for our family. Being steps from the beach and not having to be around the crowds of Destin/PCB was amazing. Very private and very comfortable, great set up on all accounts. Wendy was wonderful and communicative too. Got to see dolphins on our last day was a wonderul send off. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Perry’s Place so much that we didn’t want to leave! It is literally just steps away from a beautiful beach, which was really convenient for our family. Everything inside of the house was very comfortable and clean. And the view from the balconies! One day we watched dolphins swimming for hours. We hope to come back for our next Florida vacation.

Perfect view, perfect house
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Perry's Place! We really enjoy the less crowded beaches in this area and being able to walk right out to the beach each morning or run back inside if you forgot something is unbeatable. There are just enough restaurant and grocery options nearby that you can pick up anything you need once you're down in Mexico Beach for your stay too. The house itself was fantastic. Everything was very clean, the couches and beds were super comfortable as well. Wendy (the owner) was also very easy to communicate with leading up to our trip. Will definitely stay here when we make our return trip to Mexico Beach!
