Beachfront. Sit on the deck and watch your kids play on the beach. See the dolphins swim while the Bald Eagles fish. Walk down the beach to the left there are no houses for two miles. If you want to get away from the crowds and the traffic, this is your dream come true. This is a second home for my wife Allison and me and we know you will love it. The Port St Joe/Mexico beach area is family friendly. It's called the Forgotten Coast. We know you will feel right at home.

Perfect getaway
This house was amazing! Loved the location and the house is very nicely furnished and homey. The back deck was where my family stayed the majority of the time. The sunsets are gorgeous! We will return.

A truly wonderful beach house

Beautiful home on the Beach
We loved the home because it was family friendly and being right on the beach allowed us to watch the sun rise and set every day! Everything we needed to eat, play, and sleep was provided and everyone loved our time!

Amazing location
We traveled with 12 people for a week stay and everyone was comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was amazing. They had everything on location to enjoy the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Escape
We had a wonderful spring break getaway away from the crowds of other beaches. The location is amazing and we felt like we had our own private beach. The home is equipped with everything you could need and it felt like home while we were there. It was hard to leave and head back to reality. We will definitely visit again.

Great location!
My husband and I spent a week here. House was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, very quiet and perfect for our puppy to play. The sunset was so perfect from the porch we cooked in several nights. The owners communicate everything perfectly so was easy to to know what to expect and what we would need to bring. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed staying right in the edge of port st. Joe and Mexico beach! It was secluded and so nice to just be able to walk the beach all to ourselves! One note would be is the tile fluctuates from eastern to central all day depending on what side of the house you are on. We loved it and will be back!

Beautiful Home in Perfect location
The house is perfectly placed to be close to everything but very private as well. It's exactly what we look for in the area. Long walks with our pup every morning were a treat and the house has all the beach gear you'd ever need! We will be back!

Beautiful House on the Beach
This place was incredible. The evening views from the deck were out of a story. Being able to set up on the beach and be able to walk back to the house for anything you need was so convenient. Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with and will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome beach house!
This house is spacious and perfect for large families. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It has breathtaking views and sets right on the beach. The house is very well appointed with everything you could possibly want or need. The owners thought of everything, even the smallest of details! We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back!

Nice house. Good location. Public beach access right next to it; not a private location. Sleeps 10 comfortably - 12 if you don't mind sleeping on thin mattresses on the floor or a thin mattress in the pull-out couch (provided).

Allen beach house
We enjoyed our little getaway at Allen beach house. Perfect weather with unobstructive beach view. We also enjoyed watching the sunset right outside the balcony. Great communication from the house’ s owner. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay. The deck with the chairs were awesome for the people that didn’t care for the beach. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas but the property was fully stocked. Property was at the end of strip so quiet and private. Owner provided thorough information about the property and answered any other questions I had right away.

Beautiful Beach location
Property is very nice. Greg, owner is wonderful to work with and prompt with communications. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Elevator is helpful for unloading/loading bags. My husband has mobility issues, so he was able to come and go easily. This would be a great home for 2 families, due to layout of bedrooms. Loved the upper family room for relaxing in the evenings. Beautiful sunsets from both decks.

St Jo Beach 2023 AWESOME
The property is awesome. Everything you need and want is there. The house is very comfy. The sunsets are to die for. The beach is awesome as well. Sugar sand is the best. More than wonderful!
This was our first time staying on the eastern side of Florida. We can’t say enough about our vacation. Location was great, house was great, weather was great. We spent the majority of our time on the beach. Rented kayaks for one day which were delivered right to us. Evenings we spent playing pickleball right up the road at the park. Went shopping at Panama City, Mexico beach, and port st Joe. Had a little trouble with the bathtub and one of the showers but had no trouble getting ahold of the owners.

wonderful house with great views
The house was exceptionally neat and clean. Rooms were larger than they seemed in the photos. We were thrilled being able to stay there. Great views of the beach and ocean. Private walkway to the beach. Elevator was very handy for moving our luggage. Lots of room in closets and dressers to put your clothes and luggage out of site if so inclined. The Owner was easy to access and quick to respond.
