"Glencoe is a lovely old house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Irene was extremely welcoming and informative. The room was comfortable with a really comfortable bed. The ensuite was on the small size, but that is hardly surprising as the house would not originally have been built with one and it was certainly not a problem so long as there was only one person in it at a time. "What a gem! As we drove up the winding driveway we wondered what we had booked. Built in 1891, this beautiful home is lovely. We received a warm welcome from Fiona on arrival. Our room was very spacious with lovely views. The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep before getting up early to make the morning sailing of the Spirit of Tasmania. I was a little worried about how far it was to the terminal but needn’t have been....
