"Apartment was easy to find, access and very clean. Communication from the Hotels team was good but prior to the stay I got emailed twice and then Whatsapp’d to fill out check in information, which I’d already completed online. This was a bit frustrating. There was enough equipment for two but some amenities such as tea, sugar and maybe some bottled water would have have been nice. There was a loud pump we think that was to do with the hot water, but seemed to be linked to another apartment too...

"We had planed to see Cabanyal in January. For that we booked the apartment. It is as nice as the pictures are showing, it is well equipped with everything, one nerds. We would book it again and can only recommend it . "

"Awesome home within walking distance of all the sights in the old town. Only issue was tricky door into apartment. You have to turn the key wayyyyyyyyy past what you think to actually unlock the entire door. Took a few tries and some moments of thinking we were locked out to figure things out. Otherwise excellent home, but could use some basic bathroom amenities on arrival, i.e., soap....."

"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"Lots of space to spread out in this apartment. This was a fun place that was very close to the train station. Downtown was walkable and beautiful. It was very clean and nice. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs. You climb a good 4 stories to get to this apartment. We didn’t mind and knew that up front but if stairs are not your thing then consider another location. Otherwise, this is a great place to rest as you see València. "

"The hostess had great communication, was responsive and offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely location and I’m sure the area would be much more lively during the summer, we went off-season and it was quite cold but still a beautiful view! "Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend...

"Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good."
