Cute island style tropical oasis cottage in Sandpiper Bay just steps from the Saints Golf Course and Club Med. Concrete Block, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with an open floor plan. Furnished to sleep up to 4 people with two twin in the 2nd bedroom, and Queen bed in master suite. Kitchen fully equipped with all the tools for a gourmet cook features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. 1200 square foot furnished patio in private fully fenced back yard perfect for el fresco dining and entertaining. One car garage and large shed for storage. Toys and perks provided for your convenience and enjoyment include: BBQ grill in back yard, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, his and hers beach cruiser bikes. Will consider pets.

Awesome Vacation Rental
This vacation rental is located in the exclusive area of Sandpiper Bay. Clean, includes everything you need to cook meals, go to the beach, take a bike ride, walk your pup, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Will definitely book again when in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great Stay!
Short trip to the Port St Lucie area, and Coco Cottage was just perfect! We were 15 minutes from everything we visited… from a ballgame at Clover Park, to dinner on Jensen Beach. Property is charming and we would stay again without hesitation. Kimberly was wonderful and is quick to answer any questions. Thank you again.

Perfect for what we needed
Purpose of the trip was to find a house to buy in Port Saint Lucie. Staying at this property was perfect! After a couple of hectic days, it was so nice to come back in the afternoons and just relax in the backyard. Kimberly is an awesome host and has everything you need. The botanical gardens are just up the street, Jensen Beach is a short 20 minute drive. I recommend this property.

Lovely stay in cozy cottage
My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for several days while our house was being worked on. The house was quiet, clean and cozy, and the wifi worked great for multiple work meetings. Kimberly was immediately responsive when we locked ourselves out the first day and also when we needed to extend our stay. I highly recommend renting the Coco Cottage!

We had a wonderful vacation in this cute house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping , restaurants and the beach. The outdoor patio space is a lovely spot to relax. Kimberly was attentive to all our needs. We'll be back.

We felt very comfortable at Coco Cottage. Host had excellent communication and went above and beyond for us! Beds were comfortable, cleaning supplies well stocked, gas oven heated so nicely! Very fun outdoor living space. Our children and our fur baby were happy with our temporary home.

Beautiful Little Cottage
The cottage was great, it was a perfect location from my daughter’s event was. They allowed my wife and kids to check in early to attend my daughter’s swim meet championship. We had a bit of confusion about what time we were suppose to check out. But, overall the stay was great. I highly recommend! Thanks for extending your home to us.

Beautiful property and excellent customer service!
The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was the coziest place I’ve ever stayed. My sister and I spent hours talking in the backyard. The backyard is set up like a beautiful oasis. Inside the house is so well decorated and comfortable. I loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be returning again and again!
