This hotel was very dirty. There was mold in the corners of the ceiling, pubic hair and stains on the “clean” sheets, the toilet was dirty with more hair right on the seat, the air filters were so dirty in the AC that it was hot in the room, the breakfast area was dirty and hardly had anything at all. My socks were black after walking around for one night. It was extremely noisy with people playing loud music all through the night and banging on the walls. I would spend the couple extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

The inn is old and not very clean! The free breakfast consisted of cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles that weren’t cooked and apples. No muffins, no donuts etc. while we were sitting in the breakfast area, a big dog came running down the stairs and peed on the floor right by our table!

There was lot of black mold in the bathroom. The room had an OVERWHELMING smell of mildew. They need to kill the mold in this hotel, or tear down and rebuild the whole thing. We found a beetle crawling in our bathroom and had to kill it. The windows were very dirty. The breakfast items were completely gone by 9am, except the waffle mix and coffee, when breakfast ends at 10am. The coffee was decent, at least. We did not have waffles because there was only one maker and the line to make waffles was long. The staff was pleasant, but the stay was awful.

The first room they gave me the toilet was not mounted to the floor, you could not use it. The 2nd room there was no remote for the t.v. roaches climbing on the wall and cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. I will not stay here again.

Front desk tried their best. 1st room sheets had not been changed. The bed was made but food and hair on sheets and soiled pillowcases. The attendant offered to refund our money and stated they were completely booked out. Then said let me check again. He found an available room. 2nd room the floor was covered with dirt, food crumbs, and dead roaches. I asked isnt this part of Hilton? He said let me see if there is a room on the extended stay side and took us to a 3rd room. It seemed ok. We decided to stay. That night the german roaches started coming out onto the floors and walls luckily not onto the bed. I requested extra towels to place on sofa so we could sit there. The pillows smelled horrible and we purchased our own blanket at Walgreens and put our own zipped covers on the pillows. We checked out at 5AM because we couldn't stay any longer. Nightmare!!

The hotel itself is outdated and can use some update on just about everything. This includes, new bedsheets, interior paint and furnishing. It would also be nice if the cleaning crew vacuumed the carpet.

The property was a solid good place to stay the rates were reasonable the staff was effective and pleasurable the beds were excellent to sleep on . Clean linens . The only aspect of the room that was not very good was floors were a little grimmy. I took some of the extra towels and cleaned them it took about 10 minutes. Other than that I had a very good stay . I would stay again .

Don't plan on the breakfast it was mostly waffles with no butter. No milk do drink or for coffee. Yogurt availble one day only as someone purchased a 12 pack from walmart. You must request 24 hrs in advance to get your room cleaned. Pool was filthy. The location was good but would not return.

Needs Updates and Refurbishing ..
The Inn needs a refurbishing.. The bedding and towels were better than average. The tiled areas are old and moldy. Stone would be better. New Shower doors . New vanity sink and faucets. Toilets are old fashion and dingy . Shampoo and Conditioner. I recommend Paul Mitchell's hair products.

I was there because I evacuated the Florida Gulf Coast due to Milton, like just about everyone else there. All in all, a solid GOOD. My cats loved the wardrobe and hung out atop it mostly.
