Guest access
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
Guests are not able to access or use the garage.
(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
(2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
(3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval.
(4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology.
(5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
(6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
(7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund.
(8) PET POLICY: Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
(9) POOL / HOT TUB / DOCK: Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
