"Our overall experience with the house as well as Carolina was nothing short of amazing. The house is located in a gated like community. We never did not feel safe. A security guard checks you in each time you come into the neighborhood to ensure no strangers are coming in. We got to the house and our breath was taken away. "Nancy and Phil are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure waking up to the view of the Caribe point bay and watching the sunset. The pool was unexpectedly warm and refreshing as it's a salt water pool. It's a great place to relax watching Nancy's flowers grow and Edgar the chameleon coming to visit (and eat food out of Phil's hand). My wife and I would enjoy staying there again."

The resturant on the property was rarely open and going off the resort walking distance is unsafe.
