"We have stayed here 5 out of the last 7 years. We keep coming back because of the fenced yard, the beautiful deck and the fantastic view. But there were some disappointments this year. The boards at the top of the steps are becoming a tripping hazard, the hedge hasn't been trimmed and is blocking the view and the drape covering the slider is in need of drastic repair. "We spent one week at this incredible home above the ocean in Gold Beach. It was absolutely beautiful in every way ! We really appreciated the artsy home with interesting things everywhere. The outdoor shower with hot water was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and BBQ. Really nice washer & dryer so we could enjoy clean towels. The kitchen is super well stocked with pots, pans ,dishes, appliances etc…( even spices) so we made dinner every night. We were blessed with gorgeous weather to top off...

"Communication on how to check in was awful. I received an email "here are your keys" but nothing about how to get in. Got there and there was a lock box but we never got a code. Side door was open (lock is broken) so we got in but could see people were living there... very scary. Contacted vrbo and found out that our rental was actually around the side of the garage (not in sight). So we were in somebody else's house. The host needs to have separate addresses for the two places like A and B, and...

"Bandon is an absolute gem of the Oregon coast, and Heather’s cabin is amazing!! She was helpful, responsive and attentive. The property is spacious and beautiful, and the home is cozy and very well provisioned. The wood burning stove made it home for us. We’ll definitely be back. "
