POOL SAFETY:
No diving or running is allowed near the pool for safety reasons.

Pool depth is 3 -8 FT, children must be supervised at all times. there is a life saver ring and rope for safety.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Small gatherings of respectful guests are allowed but large scale parties or commercial events are not allowed on this property. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A PEACEFUL COMMUNITY. Please observe the local noise ordinance from 10pm to 8am.

*SMOKING* is not permitted inside the house.

PETS are NOT allowed.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For your safety and security, the house is equipped with eight exterior security cameras three at the front and 1 each side of the house, 1 in the garage and two facing the pool. These cameras ensure your safety while respecting your privacy during your stay
