Consider this suite your home away from home while you visit Port Orange. This fabulous rental offers a cozy bedroom with all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer, make-up mirror, etc.you'll feel right at home. Enjoy access to our community pool. This newly built "In-law suite" is attached to the host's residence above their workshop but offers total privacy with its own entrance. Located in an established neighborhood with plenty of trees, sidewalks and close to everything! Lovely view of the sunset from the loveseat in your living room. Bright airy suite with lots of comforts of home. You can start your day with a leisurely cup of coffee and quick breakfast by using the provided Keurig, toaster oven/microwave. The first day's coffee with creamer and sweetener will be provided as well as 2 water bottles. Note: There is no stove/oven or dishwasher but there is a toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, and apartment size fridge w/freezer in the living space along with a dinette and some kitchen essentials.

Prime in every sense of the word!
Our kids and grandkids recently moved to Port Orange and we were looking for a place to stay so we could spend Thanksgiving week with them. We found Andrea and Jason's property, and boy are we glad we did! It is a five star property in every way. Location, comfort, peaceful, well equipped, and great hosts. It truly is a beautiful place and we plan on staying there again the next time we are in the area. We highly recommend it!!
