Are you adventurous? or a outdoor person? Are you looking to get away from the city but be close all of the city's attractions? If Yes, then my home is prefect for you.

You are looking at home that feels like you are in a cabin near a mountain. My Home is surrounded by trees and it is perfectly secluded. There many outdoor actives that you can do in Port Moody. A few are kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking.

The space:
My beautiful home is located in a beautiful, safe and quiet neighbourhood of Port Moody, this home is perfect for big families or groups. Enjoy the fabulous views of the Burrard Inlet or explore the many nearby outdoor activities.

Guest access:

Guest will have access to everything that is outlined in the listing. They will have access to their own entrance as well a separate laundry machine. They will have access to upper levels of the house and the basement will be off limits as it is tenanted.

Interaction with guests:
I don't live to far, so if you need anything I am here to help.

Other things to note:
The downstairs suite is also a BNB. So at times there may be someone staying there while you stay. If you plan to be really loud the noise can travel through the floors. At night if you keep the noise moderate you will unlikely be distributing any one.

Great Accommodations for a Big Family
We stayed here with another family and we could not have asked for more suitable accommodations! The large kitchen had what we needed, there was plenty of room for our crew of kids, and it's tucked back in a neat little neighborhood. We'd absolutely stay here again :)

We had 5 adult family members from across North America! Location was good, services were close and we enjoyed our stay very much! Owner was always quick to reply to any questions we had. We would definitely come back for another visit!

Spacious comfortable house
The house was great! Lots of space and many bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. And the green view from the living room was beautiful. There was load noise from the road at night, but other than that it was perfect for our family trip.

Great place with wonderful location
Our work team stayed here for 4 days of training together. The house is spacious enough for us to learn together, break into small groups and even record our training. Also, there arw plenty of bedroom for our out of town team members to stay in. Thank you for rentinf us this wonderful place

Wonderful Stay for Daughters Wedding
We booked this unit for ourselves and adult children to stay at during my daughters wedding celebration. It was excellent. The facilities are exactly as shown in the pictures. A fantastic open floorplan. Great for keeping everyone in the conversation while preparing meals or snacks. Fantastic master suite. Everyone found the beds to be comfortable. The neighborhood is great and we found this to be very central for our activities so it really worked out well. The VRBO hosts were extremely communicative and made sure our stay was a success which was really appreciated. Check in and out was very smooth and easy. We will definitely stay again.

Decent property
Overall, it was a good experience. We were not aware that there are permanent renters living on the bottom floor of the property. We had to be quiet and not let the kids run around. If we had been aware of this, we would have picked a different rental.

Very spacious, but not the whole house
On the whole we liked this place. The rooms are nice and big, bathroom floors are heated and tons of natural light coming in through huge windows. It's also only 20min from downtown Vancouver and a couple minutes from local grocers/shops. There's also parking for at least four cars in the drive as well as plenty of street parking. That being said there were issues we had over our two nights: -I got a text message from the owner on the first night saying we were being too loud and the people downstairs were trying to sleep. At no point were we told that there were other people in the house. As a group of 25-30 year olds this put a major damper on the mood. -The second night we tried to cook in the oven and never got the chance. The bottom had so much debris on it that it immediately smoked like crazy. Additionally, there is NO smoke detector in the kitchen. -There were eight of us in the house, and the first morning when four of us tried to shower the hot water ran out very quickly. It was two people consecutively, then the other two simultaneously. The second morning was better because we spread it out over two hours.

Wonderful stay in port moody
The property was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean, functional and had everything a large family or group would need. We we’re easily able to cook and eat meals at the house. The beds were super comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Really a beautiful home!

Family Getaway
Property was very nice inside. Outside is not very inviting, however, we knew there was going to be no to little outside living space. We had issues with the tv, which had to be resolved by the owner. Something to do with cable box. Had no access to bbq which is a let down when staying with 7 people for a week. Property was decently maintained but had a few minor flaws…. 1. Balcony off master bedroom was very dirty and could not be used , which was unfortunate. 2. For a house that size, there needs to be more cutlery and kitchen supplies. 3. Driveway is very difficult to get in and out of , especially with a larger vehicle and when cars are parked on the street. Overall, however, the stay was pleasant and the host was very responsive when needed.

Great family getaway
The property was exactly as advertised. No real outdoor space to use but knew that going in. Had a few minor hiccups, but Karin answered his phone right away and got the issues resolved. Good location too. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

Best house that we have stayed!
We were so grateful for having this house for a few days. Very cozy and comfortable to stay! Very clean too. The house was so big and the rooms were just like the picture! We slept comfortably in the big rooms. We got everything we need!! Thank you so much to the owner for letting us stay and for assisting us. For recommendations, maybe you could guys add some tv apps like youtube and netflix on the tv. Overall it's 5/5 and we would love to come back in the future. Thank you!

Great place for a retreat
Our small team of four loved this space for our retreat! The wide open common areas were perfect, and though I didn't get a chance to really enjoy the library, it gave off a really nice vibe. Comfortable beds. The app to get in didn't work so I ended up having to call to get the door code, but once we had that it was no big deal. Would stay here again!

Spacious house close to Port Moody breweries
Our group really enjoyed our time at this home in Port Moody. It has plenty of large bedrooms (comfy beds!), a big living/dining area, and is close to the places we wanted to venture out to. The host was typically quick to reply to questions we had. We loved the library at the top of the stairs - lots of great books and made a good backdrop for a few folks who took work calls while we were there! :) We had some small issues with the cable TV (just changing channels), the dishwasher, and we’re a bit bummed that the foosball table is not in condition to use. But honestly, they were all issues that didn’t impact our overall enjoyment and, again, the host was quick to respond with help when needed. We would probably stay here again!

Awesome large home
This is a perfect home for a large family or group. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a large living space and kitchen. It is nicely decorated, beds were comfy and with 5 bedrooms everyone HS their own space. We stayed during one of the coldest holidays on record with snow and freezing temps and the home was cozy, The owner made sure the driveway was salted and the shoveled and the streets surrounding the neighborhood were plowed quickly, so we had no issue getting around. Would definitely recommend as a summer or winter get away. Also very conveniently located with quick access to Vancouver and other areas.
