Relaxing Waterside Canal Home

This 3 bedroom canal waterfront home has everything you need for that family getaway. Located on one of Port Macquarie's original canals and only a short 650m walk to Settlement City Shopping Centre, Panthers Club, cafes and restaurants and only 2km to the centre of town.

Enjoy canal living, do some fishing off the boat ramp or watch the dolphins swim by, this property even has 2 adult Kayaks, 2 children's kayaks with life jackets to use to explore the canals.

This 3 bedroom home has a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, there is a double bed and king single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk with 2 singles and a single trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is included. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen with vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and air conditioner. Keep the kids entertained with free Wifi and Foxtel TV. There is a side fenced entertaining area perfect for a small dog.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine.

The owners have thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay including ping pong table, beach chairs, high chair, portacot, childrens books, toys and games and hair dryer.

There is also parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Bedding: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, double bed and king single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk with 2 singles and a single trundle bedin the 3rd bedroom, all linen is included.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
If a booking includes guests under the age of 21, they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

Amazing property
I highly recommend a stay at this property and enjoyed my stay. Close to everything including shops, entertainment and beaches within walking distance. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great location
Loved our stay here. Right on the canal, and easy walk to settlement city or into city Centre. The house had everything there that we needed. We had our two small dogs with us and the fenced off area for them was very secure. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely firm, but plenty of other beds to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spot
Great spot on the canal. Comfortable home with everything you need, close to shops, easy drive to beaches - but don’t even need to go as the water is right there in the backyard, so we did heaps of paddle boarding and used the kayaks that are available at the property also. Nice dock to dive from and the dog LOVED it too as he could just jump in the water whenever we were outside. Wonderful holiday, hope to return there again

Great location with shops, restaurants/cafes, amenities close by. Would be an ideal house for families. Has plenty of seating areas inside and out. The dog loved running around outside under our management and there’s a fenced in courtyard with bbq and high table/chairs. Great spot for fishing as we saw plenty of fish.

Great location, home a litte dated
We had a wonderful long weekend here but the listing is a little inaccurate/dated. There is only one kid kayak and it has a hole. The reverse aircon didn't heat so we made do with the oil heater. The bedding seems quite worn. Other than that, we were super happy with the place! Very kid friendly and so convenient to have shops close by. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates and cutlery, pots and pans.

Great spot, so peaceful and lovely to see the water . Though I was slightly concerned by the bars on the windows. Perfect for our small dog and lots of room for the kids. Great property, the the kitchen could do with some upgrades and the cupboards need a good clean out… lots of miss matched dishes and many plates and cups had to be cleaned before we could use them… such a shame when the rest of the property was so good.

It needs a total removal of pots and piles of bits and bobs removed. The wardrobes smelt musty. In need of revamp..
