This oversized (180sqm) 4-bedroom unit with secure remote control (36sqm) underground basement car parking
for 2 vehicles and 5 balconies is perfect for the family getaway offering free Wi-Fi, essentials and full linen
supplied. The spacious unit has recently been partly renovated with new floor coverings, paint and appliances.
Arguably one of the largest units available for rent in Port Macquarie, the expansive asset boasts a prominent
open plan living and dining area with a large 65” smart TV, ceiling fan and HVAC unit which flows onto dual
balconies with outdoor dining sets perfect for enjoying the water views and relaxing at the end of the day.

The unit features a modern kitchen offering a new full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, kettle,
toaster and general essentials. The kitchen also flows onto its own balcony with dining setting
overlooking the water. Equipped with its own private internal laundry with both washing machine, dryer and
ironing board ideal for long stays or days at the beach.

The main bedroom comprises of a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, balcony and ensuite. The 2nd
bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and balcony, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and balcony
and the 4th bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and balcony.

The main bathroom has a separate basin and large mirror as well as separate spa bath and shower and separate toilet perfect to accommodate a number of guests. All linen and essentials is supplied and there is also a communal washing line if required.
Note: For elderly or disabled guests there are no stairs leading into the property from the streetscape, pool or
from the secure basement car park. Dual lifts service the building from the basement providing a hassle and stair
free experience.

Bedding: Queen bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in the second, double in the third bedroom and 2 single
beds in the fourth. (All linen is included).

The building is a security building with swimming pool and double garage in security car park.

Amazing location with masses of space!
Short stroll to both the town centre and town beach. Huge spacious place with a great balcony view of the water. Undergroup carpark was brilliant as it hailed a few moments after we arrived! Can't wait to return.

Spacious apartment in a perfect location
Huge living area, bedrooms adequate size with plenty of storage although ensuite shower a bit squeezy. Plenty of tv’s in bedrooms to escape to and a large terrace for a crowd, facing north, so sunny but also shade, lovely outlook over the caravan park to the water. Easy walking to cafes, restaurants and shops. A good variety of shops and a pedestrian friendly town. Parking at night in town can be difficult though, but you can walk to most restaurants. Altogether a great place to stay with friends in a lovely town. Would recommend a visit to the Koala hospital and the Tacking Point lighthouse only 10 minutes drive away. Would definitely stay again.👍
