Light and bright throughout, the property features 2 great sized bedrooms, with the option to sleep 4 people and rooms also including ceiling fans. Generous balcony with outdoor furniture to relax and unwind to those ocean sounds and view, good sized modern bathroom, open plan kitchen/living dining, as well as internal laundry with washing machine.

No need to drive to the beach with Tacking Point Surf Club located across the road. Beach is patrolled in warmer months. Surf Club has a bar open Friday and Sunday afternoon/ evening. Coast Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Excellent surfing at and on Ironman bike leg. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or if feeling energetic climb the stairs to the lighthouse. Coastal walk continues all the way to town with several vantage points along the way. Single garage suitable for small cars. Plenty of street parking.

Neighbourhood shops are a short walk away boasting 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, takeaway, post office, convenience store, hairdresser and bottle shop.
