"Ari and Mark did a wonderful job making us feel welcome at their cute bed and breakfast. The location is convenient to the downtown area of Sayville and the train stop. The amenities were comfortable, clean, and tidy and the bathroom had lots of hot water at a good water pressure. Each morning, we enjoyed the good conversation and continental style breakfast, especially the baked goods. The items on the extended breakfast menu were very delicious as well. "Sweet location and they remodeled it nice. However, be warned the bar next door does loud live music and the whole building shakes. Would only reccomend to the young party crowd. Not ideal for families. The manager was nice and did try to offer a refund for a night. Not sure how many people want to hear music vibrating until 2am. Young me would not have cared. "The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware.
