"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "Roz and Kieth are such a lovely couple who were very welcoming and helpful . We rang earlier in the day and they reserved a parking spot for us free of charge. Parking in Newquay is like gold dust . Room was clean and although on a road with through traffic was quiet . Shower room small but efficient. The bar round the corner called the Lost sells real ale and nice burgers. Breakfast at Invernook was excellent by Kieth and service efficient and friendly by Roz. Would highly recommend thank you "

"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
