An interesting experience! Going by the number of hi-vis vests, most guests of the hotel and all occupants of the surrounding city of on-site caravans seem to be permanent residents. The on-site restaurant is more of a staff canteen, but the variety and freshness of food at dinner was impressive. The Landing exceeded my expectations (I expected it to be not much more than staff quarters, but the hotel is nicely presented and clean). If you want a normal hotel, stay in town. But if you want to experience a little bit of the life of a local mine worker, this is the place!

Beds and rooms are new and extremely comfortable! walk to airport. Some trouble checking in but the staff were obliging and would stay again .

Better value at other local hotels
No record of our booking so took ages to find a room, only 1 towel and no tea or coffee. Room small and a/c over bed. Breakfast not included in $140 price. Dinner at $20 was also disappointing comparative to what it was a couple of months ago?. I have stayed at better for less money than I paid.

Hotel rooms were clean and the staff were friendly enough. However the rooms did not have any windows and you could not get natural ventilation. The bathroom and toilet did not have an extraction fan and thus made the small room stuffy after a shower. The room was presented very very clean and tidy which was really good.

Convenient and clean stopover
This is a great place if you're wanting to find a quick stopover during a long drive (we were travelling from Perth to Broome). It is clean, moderately priced, and has access to a gym. Do not go here if you are wanting to see the town or have a romantic getaway, it is out in the middle of nowhere and rooms are very spartan. But there is a gas station next door and food is available. Overall we thought it was great and gave us everything we were looking for. Very clean too.

This is not signposted off the highway as it is in a construction site.The accommodation is part of a static caravan park for workers in mines and associated trades people coming and going all night long. This is not there problem particularly more so whoever describes this as such on websites.No cup kettle cutlery.contained bed tv(not picking up channels),fridge shower toilet, but if you have already booked and paid tough

A clean last resort without service
A comfortable alternative but a bad value and not even a hotel. This is a caravan parked in a construction zone not a hotel. A low budget mining camp renting caravans nightly at the weekly rate. Checkin rules require early checkin and there are no amenities. Terrible for a family but passable for a visiting worker who needs a rest.
