"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "We had a lovely time in Bute. Excellent location. Appartment had everything in it that we needed. It is very spacious. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved watching the boats coming in and going out from the harbour. Excellent communication with Gordon the hpst when we had a couple of queries. He respindee immediately. We would return again."

"The unit was with in easy walking distance of the city center and near several bus stations. Plenty of room and was as described in the photos. WiFi coverage in the upstairs living room was fine but spotty in the two bedrooms. A repeater would help. Overall it was very nice! "

"The property is close to transport and was a short walk into the city centre. Close to supermarket for self catering, It had parking which was a bonus. The area around was quite grubby with rubbish. The entry into the building had a really damp smell but once inside the apartment it was ok. The bed was very uncomfortable but the rest of the facilities were good."

"The flat was very clean apart from the couch which let it down as it was badly stained, a good clean and I would have given it top marks. "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
