"We have stayed in many Vrbos, and loved them. I always read the reviews first, and this stay was overrated and overpriced. The neighborhood a few streets down was sketchy and the apt was not “bright” as advertised. It was dark and gloomy. Walking in, you get a musty, unpleasant smell. The hot water did not work, the toilet clogged, the kitchen chair had a broken leg, lights were missing bulbs or not working, found clump of hair in the tub, dryer lint catcher was disgusting! Kept finding little...

"Checking in process was good, they had a great description of what to do when you got to property. No concerns there. I had my family with me on this trip, including a crawling 1 year old. We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. Obviously floors had not been swept from the previous guests. The house is older which gives it great character but the small window units that cool the entire...
