"Spent a lovely few days here as a family. Karolyn & Chris were the perfect hosts in their lovely period home & the breakfasts were delicious. The location is a short drive from Aberdeen Airport and a great base for exploring NE Scotland’s stunning coastline, the Cairngorms etc. "

"Staff were amazing. The cave bar, food was outstanding. Room was beautiful. Comfy big bed, walk in shower, fantastic pressure. WiFi speed was around 70mbps and free to use. Breakfast was cooked fresh. Will stay again. "

"the food was great evening meal/breakfast the staff were all great. the only downside was we never got to sleep till the entertainment was done after one oclock but we were told when we booked in that there was a 21st party on in the hall and entertainment in the bar but it wont stop us booking this hotel again"

"Love Saplinbrae and this was my fifth visit, and my wifes first. Thankfully she loved it as much as i do. Lovely room, comfy bed, great shower, very peaceful and the food is always outstanding but this was the best yet! Amazing staff as well. "
