One of the original houses built in Port Elliot - Phoenix House rose from the ashes to become bigger and better.
As you enter the long central hallway, this spacious home invites you to walk in, leave the world behind and relax.

With 3 indoor living areas and 3 outdoor areas there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

A large modern kitchen runs the width of the house equipped with modern appliances. The open plan area includes air condiitoning, dining table and a sitting area with couches. The owners have thought of everything to cater for the large family groups with a second fridge, chest freezer and ice machine in the butlers pantry.

The main living area with wood combustion fire, plush couches and smart tv has a side room for a study and an additional room with couches and tv, perfectly set up for gaming.

Outdoors is breathtaking with a large sheltered verandah perfect for relaxing with a good book. The extended deck area looks over Knights Beach with outdoor couches and large table & chairs setting. Turn the fairy lights on in the evening , listen to the waves and sit back.
With the house positioned on a large block there is a lawned area perfect for a game of cricket and off street parking for 4 cars.

A security bond of $500 will be charged and is refundable after your stay.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
