Kokomo - a beautiful home with resin polished floors throughout the living areas that contrast with soft, plush carpet in the bedrooms. Take some time out on the leather lounges to watch a little Netflix or open the bi-fold doors to an expansive deck for a day relaxing and entertaining by the pool. A spacious kitchen with Smeg appliances, walk-in pantry and bi-fold servery will inspire your inner Chef.

The spacious master bedroom with King bed has French doors opening onto the pool area, a walk-in robe, television and luxury en-suite with double shower and vanity and a free-standing bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, television, walk in robe and private en-suite. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, a walk-in robe and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 4 which includes 2 single beds and a walk-in robe.

The indoor-outdoor living areas look out to the large, central swimming pool with BBQ, outdoor TV, spa and shallow pool entry ramp - perfect for kids. A porta-cot and high chair is also available.

Kokomo is in a quiet residential estate and is restricted by local by-
laws that limit the number of guests in this house to 6 unless all guests are related. We ask guests at Kokomo to respect their neighbours right to peace and quiet.

Perfect house in Port Douglas
Can’t say enough good things about Kokomo and the team who manage it. Property was perfect for our group of 7 and a toddler. Chris was extremely helpful with questions we had about the property and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Anyone travelling to Porr Douglas with a family, I would recommend staying at Kokomo!

Family Celebrations
My family and I travelled and stayed in Kokomo, Port Douglas for my husband’s 60th Birthday. The house could not have suited us better. The open plan, bright airy home was just perfect. It was just a short car ride into Port Douglas to the main shopping area. The crew at the accommodation office were always at the end of the phone for any questions and very fast responses especially as we had a minor emergency with our 20 month old granddaughter. We would recommend this property in a heart beat and would return again. Many thanks to the team at Port Douglas Accommodation.

Best week of our young lives
Elegant, delightful, exemplary…. These are just the words that I can think of off the top of my head. We asked for an outstanding venue and got more then what we asked for. Nothing beats the early mornings of Port Douglas, something about the thick, warm air just brings out the holiday mode in you. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends for one of the best relaxing destinations on the planet.

We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it. From the extensive amenities, to the fantastic pool, modern and comfortable furnishings and safe location you cannot go wrong with this beautiful property. There was so many kid friendly elements to, lots of little books for them to read, a baby floaty and pool toys. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it 10/10

The Kokomo encounter
Everything was seamless and smooth from the check in till the check out. We encountered a few issues at arrival as new guests would and Chris the property manager was on top of it. The property was A grade and as described. I'm sure you may find a few good properties out there . It's the customer service we received from Chris that will make me.want to book through him again. He is genuinely a caring person. We have left my kid's headphones behind and called him as we were half way to Cairns on our way to the airport. He went collected them.and posted them the following day ( they are still on their way ). Over all I recommend booking Kokomo. The pool is great and the spa is relaxing. There is also a table tennis on the premises. They were kind enough to give us a late check out as the property had no guests on that day.

We found our time at “KOKOMO” relaxing and enjoyable. The place was clean and inviting! Bedrooms were spacious and private with own bathrooms. The lounge was spacious and the open space was relaxing. The pool was private and clean! We will be back 😊

KOKOMO
We have loved our 7 night stay at Kokomo so much so we didn't want to leave! Everything was supplied for us all we had to do was bring our clothes and grab some groceries and we were set for the week. The place was gorgeous and child friendly, parents wing was away from the other bedrooms which was perfect and the pool was amazing! Can't wait to come and stay again!

Kokomo had everything we required for an enjoyable stay. It is a lovely private setting in a great location. The pool is ideal for young children.

Nice, but much smaller than the photos show...
Unfortunately, the house was very dirty! The house has a modern touch, but this is not really practical. The showers in the master bathroom hasn´t a door, so the floor was wet and slippery. The pool is nice, but small. The small Palms in the garden are pretty. You will hear the street in the master bedroom, that´s sucks! The other rooms are quiet.

Nice spacious house with good swimmingpool. Worked really well for a family of seven. Very nice to run from the house through Four Mile Beach and into Port Douglas. Good shuttlebus service for traveling into and back from Port Douglas.
