"What a gorgeous time we had at Maria's beautiful house. It really is a stunning location with so many lovely areas to sit and relax. The decoration is classic and timeless. The outside is very calming and we all enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. Breakfast on the terrace looking over the orange grove was a highlight. We were sent email asking to keep windows & doors shut to avoid use of aircon This suggests air con was provided. There were mediocre fans provided - noisy & not fit for purpose. Kitchen old. "I stayed here with 8 of my friends and we had the most amazing time! The house itself has everything you wanted and the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! Communication with Alumdena was great and she really went over and above for us which made the service feel like we were staying in a 5 star resort! Highly recommend and I would def stay again! "

"This has been our second time staying at S’alzinaret and it now feels like a second home to us. The villa is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 12 of us for the week. The pool is a good size and pool towels and a lovely welcome hamper were provided. The air con works well. Ricardo the owner is a pleasure to deal with as was the management company . The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this house and are planning on coming back next year. "

"The property was exactly like the images, with wonderful views and a superb size pool. We had an excellent holiday enjoying the pool and surrounding places. Expect rustic Mallorca rather than soulless decor. One or two issues, coffee machine and parasol holder but no way spoiled our holiday"

"We had an amazing time at this villa for my hen party. There were 9 of us in total and we had more than enough space in the bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms etc. The heated pool was great (definitely needed for our March stay) The location was also perfect; a short walk to the beach, about 10-15 mins in Uber to the airport and the city centre. Margalida was really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this villa to everyone "
