From the grand lobby and dining area, all the way to the adorable letter chute (which made it so easy to send postcards as they’re available on every floor I believe!). "My son and I had a great time at Hotel Julian. The staff, especially at the reception, was so kind and helpful. Our room was lovely and big - my only suggestion would be to have a thicker duvet on the bed because at night was quite cold (we don't like sleeping with heating on).
