Off Season Discounted Pricing. Great Cottage to enjoy your time in Pt Clinton

This is a nice comfy home with a big Dining table, nice size bedrooms, a game inspired room for things like cards, checkers, chess, Dominos etc. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and livingroom. The beds are super comfortable for a great nights sleep - A firm King , 2 Plush Queens and 2 twins. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and spices in case you are cooking in, but the restaurants in the area are fantastic. There is a nice deck on the back and a nice front porch for watching the sun go down. There are 2 bathrooms, one down and one up - they both have stand-alone showers - no tub for you soakers... Sorry. The driveway is short and does not allow for more than 1 car, but street parking is allowed. You are just 6 blocks from the beach and just minutes from the Jet Express and all the Downtown happenings. There is a new washer and dryer in the basement. Its just a great house for a group of 8 or even just 2 - you dont need the upstairs - ask about discount.
Sorry i cannot allow pets and i have a non smoking policy inside....this is for the comfort of others who may be considering the location.
Come enjoy the many different Wineries, Restaurants, Shopping, etc. Summer will be here before you know it.

Great Getway!
I have been coming to Port Clinton my entire life, this house was the perfect stay for my fiance, brother and cousins. We loved having a place of our own and the home is cozy, clean and well kept.

Best place I've stayed!
The house was so warm and inviting and the beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The coffee station was cool with lots of choices and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were very clean with hot water for showers. There were plenty of towels and overall it was just awesome. We can't wait to return.

Eclipse Roomie Gathering
The place was perfect for the 6 of us to gather. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck & watching the eclipse. The area was nice & just 4 or 5 blocks from Lake Erie. We could also walk to downtown as well, just a 10 minute walk.

Great family get together
We were able to have my family from Detroit, Cleveland, and Dallas come together for an outstanding and comfortable 4 day vacation. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 kids to cook and eat meals, hang out on the patio, sleep, and live comfortably. It isn't one of those VRBOs that say 15 people can cram into a 4 bedroom house. We had fun going to the beach, hitting up the nearby Safari, renting a boat on Lake Erie, and going to Cedar Point. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, great house
First off, Cheryl is really personable and she went out of her way to make our stay great. The house is beautiful. We loved the beds and the back porch. It's so close to all the beaches, Cedar Point, and the ferry to the islands. I also want to say how great the next door neighbors were, Very kind and friendly!! I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect Lake Erie Get Away Home!
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for my 65th Birthday celebration. This was my first experience with a VRBO home and Cheryl went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable through the entire process. The home had a lovely deck out back, the kitchen was well equipped and had a lovely coffee bar with a selection of coffee pods and an assortment of teas for brewing. The living room had a long comfy couch that fit my 6'4" husband and they had 2 big smart TVs downstairs where we stayed the entire time. We could watch our favorite series on them in the evening which was very nice. The game room was fun too. The location was wonderful, the beach was just down the road and had benches so we could watch the water and destress. Centrally located and Jet Express is a stone's throw away. I highly recommend this home, but to be honest hesitate because I know her calendar will fill up quickly! :) Thank you, Cheryl, for a wonderful birthday weekend!
