Amazing beaches are a short drive away, you can relax in the brand new screened in Lanai . With a wide variety of restaurants close by. 3 amazing beaches are a short drive away. Fisherman Village and the new Sunseeker Resort are 3 miles away. Charlotte harbor Beach park is a seven minute drive with splash pad and playground

Canal House
Started out ok. The keypad was hard to see especially when the sun was beating on it at check in. It’s perfect for a couple but tough when you have a 21 year old. Bathroom was small. The cleanliness was ok. The cleaning people need to do a better cleaning job. The floors were dirty had to clean them at arrival. There were napkins on the floor under the kitchen table. The listing said washer/dryer but it was locked up and inaccessible. Should have code to get into that in the book. Location was good for us but noisy at night. Can hear traffic. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. It was nice that cleaners and vacuum was accessible so we could clean up.
