Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 full bath home with open floor plan. Master bedroom (king bed) and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Queen bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full). Refreshing heated pool and outdoor area are screened in. Canal behind the home for added distance & privacy from neighbors.

House is close to shopping at Sam's Club, Walmart Supercenter, Port Charlotte Town center and many other stores. Great local and franchise restaurants are just down the street; Prime Serious Steak, Chick Fil A, Donato's Italian Restaurant and many more.

Fort Myers with all of its entertainment is only 30 minutes away! Play at Top Golf, visit Seashell Museum and don't forget to eat some amazing food at our favorite Hot Pot!

Comfortable & affordable
This was a comfortable and stress free stay! Spacious home with great screened in pool. Close drive to all the stores and restaurants we wanted to visit. Fisherman’s village is very close and we enjoyed evening walks and live music on the water front.

The place was very comfortable. If any problems or questions the host responded fast. The pool was nice to have fenced in yard. The house was convenient torestaurants and tourist places that we wanted to see.Nice location. Saw a family of Raccoons in the Palm trees outside the fence

The house was very nice and up to date on the inside and very homey. We had everything we needed and the host was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The location was perfect, literally minutes from everything in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.
