Beautifully Landscaped Private Pool Home

Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home with a private and extensively landscaped backyard including a heated pool on a 1/2 acre lot. Great South Florida location. Our home is well appointed and continually being upgraded. Travertine floors, upgraded and well appointed Kitchen. The pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine from mid-morning through the rest of the day including views of beautiful sunsets. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to the pool area. Large ensuite with soaking tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool. 3rd Bedroom includes two twins right next to the third full bathroom. The large open living area with walkout to pool and 65"4K Television/Home entertainment system and High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home as is cable tv. Pool Resurfaced/Retiled 2020. Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. 2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa. Awesome vacation
This trip was awesome our kids all love swimming in the heated pool and we really enjoyed the house, the house had everything that we could ever use, we enjoyed at the beach with beach chairs there were beach towels already in the house and the kitchen was well equipped with everything!!!

Beautiful home and great location
I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to stay there. The pool was absolutely wonderful, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. The booking process, checking in and out was very easy. I would give this home and process twelve stars out of 10.

Beautiful home perfect stay!
The home was spacious, immaculate, and very well-appointed. The pool was lovely and well-maintained and the kitchen had everything I needed. I cooked most of our meals and didn’t find anything lacking as far as cooking, serving, plates, etc. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. This property is a 10/10!

Great Getaway!
This was our first visit to Port Charlotte. We we're pleasantly surprised with the convenience of restaurants and shopping. The home was outstanding and very roomy. The pool made up for days not wanting to travel to the beaches. We hope to spend time there again.

Quiet & restful
This property was just wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the pool or just on the beautiful lanai. The location made easy access to the public beach and the harbor walk on the Punta Gorda side of the harbor.

It is Just Perfect
The homeowners have created such a welcoming vacation home. The home is beautiful, the location ideal with easy access to so much and the house is set up with everything you could need. The pool is ideal with beautiful landscaping offering privacy, serenity and the sounds of nature. This was our second visit and we hope one day to have a third.

Stunning private three bedroom home!
This house was beautiful, private, spacious and clean. It was close to shopping, beaches and other tourist attractions. The house is very well looked after and equipped. There was lots of wild life and it was very well kept landscaping wise which made for beautiful scenery. We stayed for two weeks and would love to rent the house again!

This is a very comfortable home stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool and lanai area and the landscaping is gorgeous. Very quiet area but not far to shops and restaurants on Tamiami and not far from Punta Gorda. We saw a turtle, possum, and a bobcat Mom passed thru the yard with her two babies. We can’t wait to come back in August!

Vacation at Moffett Rd
My family and I from michigan stayed a week at this home. It was a great experience that we want to do again. The home was very nice and inviting. The pool was amazing and having three full bathrooms we were able to all get ready quickly in the mornings and make the most of our days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable stay
Our group of snowbirds really enjoyed our stay at this clean, relaxing out of the way home. The neighborhood was walkable for morning exercise & relaxing for poolside afternoons. Central located between short drives to parks & beaches we were able to explore many areas within 50 minutes. The park systems in Port Charlotte are very accommodating for Pickleball players also. It is a first come first on court system, portable nets are available & you play on lined tennis courts.
