"We stay in this hotel for 3 days. We have changed 3 cottage in 3 days. There was no porter service to carry luggage in the room. Frist they put us in a dark villa with so many room which we did not like. Then we change to other cottage where the safe was not working. There was no one to fix it, in the morning there was no water. Then we have to change to other other cottage. Please review this hotel whatever you see on the webside it is not the same. "The hotel is run by a lovely French couple. They were extremely nice, interacted with guests quite a bit and even got us a baby bath tube for our baby to be able to have a shower. Having said that, there are a few items which could easily be fixed and which would make anyone's stay better. Firstly, the room was just dirty. "The flats are next to a very busy road with morning and evening heavy traffic and next to three discos with a lot of weekend night actions and noise. The flats are spacy and awere nicely build but meanwhile lack repair and maintenance and thus appear to be rundown."

"The hotel was unbelievably amazing. The check in was slow and lengthy however once the formalities were done we could not fault the hotel on anything. Excellent service Excellent Food Excellent facilities We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would return in a heart beat."

"We were very impressed with the hospitality and kindness from all of the staff, all the food options were great at all restaurants, with something for everyone, including the buffet, the all inclusive package included well made cocktails and non alcoholic options, lots of activities available. "This is the second time we have stayed at lux Belle Mare and it didn’t disappoint! Nothing is too much bother, the rooms and hotel spaces are five star and plenty of things to enjoy! The food is incredible and not your average buffet! Literally the best hotel for couples and families with five star expectations! Beautiful beach and pool "
