1. PETS: Any pets need pre-approval from Owner and per Agreement. Pets must also be fully vaccinated and house trained. Pet fees must be paid in advance at $125 for first pet, $200 for 2 pets, $250 for 3 pets and additional at owner discretion.
2. EVENTS over 10 attendees, and any non-guests, MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by Owner. There IS an advance event fee. Fees vary based on number and type of event. Check with Owner.
